Abstract

E-Learning is now fast becoming a learning paradigm in the 21st century. It is a revolutionized learning approach to significantly shift the control from teacher to students. It is an approach that encourages or allows more people to study while working that will eventually benefit the organization and the country as a whole. But, how effective or beneficial is e-Learning from the perspectives of employees of an organization? This study examines the effectiveness and efficiency of e-Learning implementation from employees’ perceptions at XYZ Sdn Bhd. Data was based on the 40 questionnaires collected. Descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage and mean were used to analyze the data. The result shows that e-Learning implemented at XYZ Sdn Bhd was well received. Based on these results, suggestions are given to improve the e- Learning processes within the organization
